On November 14, the Graduate School for East and Southeast European Studies in Munich organizes a panel discussion entitled "America Goes Home - Russia Goes Abroad? Foreign Policy Positioning under Trump and Putin and the Implications for Europe".

The panelists are the President of the Munich Security Conference Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Ischinger (Munich), Dr. Andrey Kortunov (Moscow), Director General of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), and Andrew S. Weiss (Moscow/Washington, D.C.), Vice President for Studies of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The event is organized in cooperation with the German Association for East European Studies, Atlantik-Brücke e.V. and the Carl Friedrich von Siemens Stiftung.

The lecture is part of the Graduate School's lecture series "Forum" and is open to the public.
