Curriculum Vitae

Born in Vienna. After studying Slavic and Byzantine studies in Vienna, Prague and Moscow Doctorate and Habilitation in Slavic Studies. 1987-2013 Chair of the Department of Slavic Philology (focus on Literary Studies) at the LMU Munich.
