Curriculum Vitae

Born in Heidenheim. After completing a degree in English, Slavic and Romance Philology he started his PhD in Slavic Philology (Linguistics) at the University of Konstanz. Lecturer and research assistant in Slavic Studies in Konstanz and Zurich. Since 1996, chair of Slavic Philology (Linguistics) at the LMU Munich.
