Mai hält Brigitte le Normand (Kelowna) im Forschungslabor "The City that Flows: Rijeka’s Transformation as socialist Yugoslavia’s primary port" und hält Ivaylo Markov (Sofia) im Forschungslabor "Memory and Rituality in a Changing Religious Landscape. Orthodox–Muslim Interactions in the Region of Pole, East Albania"in Regensburg den Vortrag "Das Verhältnis russischer Unternehmer zur russischen Orthodoxie: Ergebnisse einer ethnographischen Feldforschung".
Das Forschungslabor "Geschichte und Sozialanthropologie in Südost- und Osteuropa" ist eine gemeinsame Veranstaltung des Lehrstuhls Geschichte Südost- und Osteuropas der Universität Regensburg und des Leibniz-Instituts für Ost- und Südosteuropaforschung (Regensburg) in Kooperation mit den Graduiertenschule für Ost- und Südosteuropastudien.
