PhD Student Eva-Maria Walther was selected by the board of CITAS to participate in the Regensburg-Berkeley Doctoral Exchange Program

Eva-Maria Walther, doctoral student in social anthropology and member of the Graduate School for East and Southeast European Studies, was selected by the board of CITAS (Center for International and Transnational Area Studies) to participate in the Regensburg-Berkeley Doctoral Exchange Program. Later this year, Walther will spend five months at the University of California, Berkeley, where she will continue engaging with the topic of her doctoral research, refugee support organizations in Slovakia, and realize several publication projects.
