Čarna Brković has been awarded with the SIEF Young Scholar Prize 2015

Čarna Brković, Postdoc at the Graduate School for East and Southeast European Studies in Regensburg, has been awarded with the SIEF Young Scholar Prize 2015.
The Young Scholar Prize was given to her on 23 June 2015 by the "Société Internationale d´Ethnologie et de Folklore" (SIEF) during its 12th International Congress in Zagreb (Croatia). The Prize recognizes her scholarly contribution "Scaling Humanitarianism: Humanitarian Actions in a Bosnian Town" published in 2014 in "Ethnos: Journal of Anthropology".
