Curriculum Vitae

Born in Bonn. After completing his studies in law, including his traineeship, and his Master of Laws from Harvard Law School, he received his Ph.D. and Habilitation from LMU Munich. Since 2010 he has been Professor of Public Law and European Law at University of Regensburg and Senior Fellow at the Hertie School of Governance Berlin.
